All collected data can be exported efficiently into formats such as Email, Excel, or QuickBooks, facilitating invoicing and comprehensive reporting. The system maintains a careful balance between workforce transparency and employee privacy; location logging occurs only during active work periods, with notifications issued if employees move outside predefined geographic boundaries while clocked in. Once employees clock out, location tracking ceases immediately.
